L'O perdue is the first scent created of a serie made by extraction of scents, from strategically chosen historic places in New Orleans, Louisiana, US and its surrounding regions which are destined to soon disappear due to ecological or climatic issue. L'O perdue is made by extraction of the wet earth in swamp after a heavy summer thunderstorm. All the work of extraction of scents is done first by distillation and after by synthesis.These fragrances will probably be the last olfactory documents created in these disappearing environments. This scent production was made possible through the Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans for the Silver Circle,created exclusively for upper-level CAC Members, this limited scent edition of 60 was made in New Orleans and Switzerland with the collaboration of Andreas Wilhelm perfumer.


Bois d'eau, 2019

Bois d'eau is the first fragance made from water extraction in the forest of A Studio in the Woods.
This scent was produced during a Residency at A Studio in the Woods, a program of Tulane University’s ByWater Institute, is one of the leading artistic and academic residency programs in the Gulf South region in Louisiana,US. Part of a series created through aromatic extraction from select historic locations in New Orleans and surrounding region threatened by climate change and ecological issues.
Following extraction from water in the wood, this scent was distilled from the Artist Manon Bellet and synthesized in collaboration with Andreas Wilhelm perfume, Switzerland.This fragrance was produced in a limited edition of 50, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of A Studio in the Woods in May 2019.
